"I was so impressed with Logan and how he did everything he could possible do to help me get the best possible coverage at the least available cost. I was honestly blown away with how much better the coverage was and how it was half the price I was paying with the GEICO policies I had. I also ended up getting twice the coverage as well. Logan was as smart, kind, helpful as they come! They picked an awesome person to work for them. I don’t usually write these kind of reviews unless I’m truly impressed it’s someone but I was with Logan and I was also very impressed with this company as well. Very high quality and I look forward to working with them for many years to come."

"I wish I could give negative stars. My rates went up again for the second year in a row. Last year was a 40% increase that they failed to be able to explain. This year it was another increase of around 8%, again with no prior warning. I sent them a text to ask why my rates went up without warning. They called me and blamed it on the Utah Insurance Commission, saying that they controlled the insurance rates and that it went up because of their decisions. I then called the UIC and asked them why they decided to increase the rates. The rep that I spoke with was dumbfounded because they don't have any control over the rates at all and that it was up to State Farm to decide how and when to increase rates. I called Imara's office again and flat out told them they were liars and would be finding other insurance. TLDR: Imara Hillman increases rates without notification, lies to save face, and shifts the blame to others. She deserves negative 5-stars."
